Punjab Food Authority Strengthens Food Safety Enforcement Across Punjab

Punjab Food Authority (PFA) Dairy Safety Teams, under the supervision of DG PFA, conducted a successful raid at a dairy unit in Gawal Mandi, Lahore.
During the operation, 1,500 liters of thick adulterated material and 10,000 liters of fake milk were discarded.
The team also confiscated powder bags, drums, ghee tins, weighing scales, freezers, chillers, and other equipment used in milk adulteration.
Legal action has been initiated against the individuals involved in the preparation and supply of adulterated milk.
PFA remains committed to protecting public health through continuous monitoring and strict action against food adulteration.
