Punjab Food Authority Lahore Conducted Nutrition Screening Camp for School Children at CDG Girls High School Momin Pura
Upon the directions of the Director General, Punjab Food Authority, Nutrition Section Lahore conducted a Nutrition Screening Camp at CDG Girls High School Momin Pura to assess the nutritional status of school children, address diet-related health concerns, and promote awareness regarding balanced and healthy eating habits on 27-08-2026. A total of 49 participants attended the activity. The camp focused on providing nutritional assessment and practical guidance to support healthy growth and development among children.
During the camp, nutritional assessments were conducted, including measurement of height, weight, and other relevant growth indicators. Individual diet histories were taken to understand the dietary patterns and nutritional needs of the children. One-on-one nutrition counseling was provided to address dietary concerns and encourage healthier food choices. Informative nutrition materials were also distributed to reinforce key messages regarding balanced nutrition and healthy eating habits.
