Punjab Food Authority Training School, Lahore Conducts Food Safety Level-1 Training at Ashifa Foods

The Punjab Food Authority Training School, Lahore successfully conducted a Food Safety Level-1 Training session for the staff of Ashifa Foods on 29-09-2026. The training was conducted under the Mission of Food Safety with the objective of enhancing food handlers’ knowledge and practices regarding food safety, hygiene, and prevention of food contamination throughout the food processing and handling process.

The session covered key areas including personal hygiene and safe food handling, prevention of cross-contamination, time and temperature control, cleaning and sanitation practices, pest control, foodborne illness prevention, safe storage and handling practices, basic food safety requirements for food processing operations, and food safety hazards and their prevention.
