During the activity, children were sensitized about the importance of a balanced diet, essential vitamins and minerals, nutrient-dense foods, and healthy dietary choices for proper growth and development. Interactive health and dietary screening was conducted, including assessment of nutritional status and dietary patterns, followed by individual nutrition counselling and practical guidance. Participants were also educated about proper hygiene, healthy lunchbox options, and practical ways to replace unhealthy processed foods with nutritious alternatives.
