Punjab Food Authority Lahore Conducted Nutritional Awareness and screening Camp at LDA Girls Model School
Upon the directions of the Director General, Punjab Food Authority Lahore, Nutrition Section conducted a Nutritional Awareness Camp at LDA Girls Model School to assess the nutritional status of children, address diet-related health concerns, and promote awareness regarding balanced eating habits on 17-09-2026. A total of 38 participants attended the activity. During the camp, height, weight, and other growth indicators of children were measured, while individual diet histories were also taken to identify dietary patterns and nutrition-related concerns.
One-on-one nutrition counseling was provided to the children regarding healthy eating habits, balanced diet, and appropriate food choices. Informative nutrition materials were also distributed to reinforce key nutrition messages and promote healthy dietary practices among the participants.
