Punjab Food Authority conducted Nutritional Screening and Counselling Camp at Amazing Love Orphanage, Lahore.
Upon the directions of the Director General, Punjab Food Authority, the Nutrition Section, Punjab Food Authority, conducted a nutrition screening and counselling camp on 21-10-2026 at Amazing Love Orphanage. A total of 10 children participated in the activity, which aimed to assess their nutritional status, identify diet-related health concerns, and promote awareness of balanced eating habits to support healthy growth and development.
During the camp, children’s height, weight, and other relevant growth indicators were assessed, and their dietary histories were recorded to help identify individual nutritional needs. One-on-one nutrition counselling was provided to address diet-related concerns and offer practical guidance on healthy eating and balanced nutrition. Informative nutrition materials were also distributed to reinforce key messages and encourage healthier dietary practices among the children.
