Upon the request of the Police Department, a training session was conducted by the Punjab Food Authority Training School Multan at Punjab Police Training College, Multan
The session was organized for the Promotion Training of Superintendent of Police (SP)
Officers and Topics Covered:
1. Ms. Hina Malik– Hygiene (Personal, Family & Community)
2. Ms. Huma Amjad – Health (Physical & Psychological)
3. Mr. Nauman Ahmad – Nutrition and Balanced Diet
Highlights of the Session:
* Importance of maintaining hygiene at personal, family, and community levels
* Physical and psychological health management for police officers
* Balanced diet and nutrition for endurance, fitness, and alertness
* Stress management and lifestyle improvement techniques
* Guidance on healthy dietary practices during routine and field duties
Participants: Approximately 25 Police Officers
The participants actively engaged throughout the session and appreciated the initiative of the Punjab Food Authority Multan for conducting an informative and interactive training. The Police Training College administration acknowledged the valuable contribution of PFA in promoting health, hygiene, and nutrition awareness among their officers.
