Scenario (Previous owner and new owner are available)

• Application on Stamp paper In the name of Assistant Director Resource &
  Licensing by the owner of business himself.
• Computerize National identity card (Cnic) Copy of Previous owner & New Owner.
• Photo copy of Food Business License certificate.
• Physical presence of previous owner and new owner at the Resource and Licensing office

Scenario (In absence of previous owner)

• If previous owner Food Business operator is not available.
• Application on Stamp paper In the name of Assistant Director Resource &
  Licensing.
• Ownership Proof Rent Agreement, Registry of land, Utility bill, Sale Purchase
  Agreement, Tax Registration Certificate.
• Computerize National identity card (Cnic) Copy of Previous owner & New Owner.

Scenario (In Case of death of the food business owner)

• Application on Stamp paper In the name of Assistant Director Resource &
  Licensing.
• Copy of death certificate.
• Copy of Family registration certificate (FRC).
• Computerized national identity card photo copies of legal heirs.

Scenario (Listed companies in SECP)
In case of Listed Companies in SECP (Security and Exchange Commission of
Pakistan)

• Copy of Form 29 or Form A (Application from the CEO, Director, nominated
  in Form 29 or Form A).
• Application on Stamp paper In the name of Assistant Director Resource &
  Licensing from Director, CEO nominated in From 29 or Form A.
• Computerize National Identity Card Cnic Copy of Previous owner , new owner Cnic copy ,Director and CEO (Chief Executive Officer )Cnic Copy.
• Photo copy of Food Business License certificate.
• Pictorial of New owner
