Additional Director General (Head Quarter) sensitised Principals and Master Trainers on the Paradigm Shift of PFA Training School towards Target Oriented Approach of accomplishing the Goal of Imparting Food Safety Trainings to 500,000 (0.5 Million) food handlers (including both commercial and domestic food handlers) by June 2024. Additional Director General shared a vision of achieving the set Goal through multiple modes of Training including :
1. Mobile Training Institute (Training on Wheels)
2. On-site Trainings
3. Food Safety Training Seminars at Universities and Colleges
4. Food Safety workshops and Kitchen demonstration and Competitions at Community Centers of Housing Societies.
5. E-Learning Management System (ELMS).
