On June 7, 2024, in celebration of World Food Safety Day, the Punjab Food Authority (PFA) held an enlightening seminar at Stars College, Hafizabad. This year’s theme, “Expect the Unexpected,” highlighted the critical need for vigilance in food safety. With 40% of foodborne diseases affecting children under five, early hazard detection is crucial for a safe and healthy diet.
