The Nutrition Section of Punjab Food Authority Rajanpur, under the guidance of the Director General and Deputy Director Operations, organized a successful Health Screening Camp and Nutrition Awareness Seminar at Government Girls Primary School Tibba Gopang. The session aimed to educate students about the risks of dehydration during summer and emphasized the negative effects of caffeine and sugary drinks on hydration. Participants were informed about the causes, signs, and symptoms of dehydration, along with prevention strategies tailored for children, adolescents, and adults.
Students were also educated on the importance of balanced nutrition and essential nutrients during hot weather, with a focus on how proper hydration supports both physical stamina and mental clarity. Informative brochures were distributed among students, and the school administration appreciated the initiative, acknowledging the ongoing efforts of Punjab Food Authority Rajanpur in promoting community health. The campaign successfully empowered 60 participants with practical knowledge to stay healthy and hydrated during the summer months.
