- Gond Katira
- 2 cup water
- lemon Juice
- honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 8 to 10 almonds
- Ice as required
Preparation:
- Soak the Gond Katira overnight in water, allowing it to swell.
- The next day, remove the swollen Gond Katira from the water and blend it in a blender.
- Add water, lemon juice, honey, chia seeds, and soaked almonds to the blender and blend until well combined.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed, pour the drink into a glass and serve with ice.

Ingredients:
- 10g tamarind
- 10g dry plum
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 glass water
- Ice according to requirement
Preparation:
- Put water in a pot and soak the tamarind and Dry Plum.
- When the tamarind and dry Plum are well softened, put them in a blender and blend to make a smooth mixture.
- Strain the mixture to remove all the seeds and pulp.
- Add water, lemon juice, turmeric powder and black salt to taste the strained mixture. Add honey for sweetness.
- Mix well with ice cubes and serve.
