In a commendable initiative led by the Punjab Food Authority (PFA), a comprehensive seminar was held at Education For All School (City Campus) in Jhang, attended by approximately 70 students. Under the guidance of the Worthy Director General and the Director Operations, the seminar emphasized the importance of a nutrient-dense diet for children’s physical and mental development. Participants learned how a balanced diet comprising whole foods such as leafy greens, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats can significantly enhance their long-term health and vitality.

Key takeaways from the seminar included understanding balanced diets, recognizing the impact of nutrition during critical developmental phases, and strategies for incorporating healthy habits into daily life. Students also gained insights into dietary modifications to address developmental errors, the role of physical activity in mental health, and the importance of being aware of diet-related misinformation.
