PFA Rajanpur Conducts Seminar on Dehydration and Gastrointestinal Health at Mukhtar Abad School

The Nutrition Section of Punjab Food Authority Rajanpur, under the guidance of the Director General and Deputy Director Operations, organized a successful Health Screening Camp and Nutrition Awareness Seminar at Government Primary School Mukhtar Abad. The session focused on the critical topic: “When to See a Doctor: Danger Signs in Gastro.” Participants were educated about summer dehydration, the harmful effects of sugary and caffeinated drinks, and the role of proper hydration in supporting both physical and mental health. The significance of essential nutrients and hydration needs across different life stages was also discussed.

The event was attended by 31 participants and concluded with the distribution of nutrition-focused brochures among students. The school administration appreciated the initiative and acknowledged Punjab Food Authority Rajanpur’s continued commitment to promoting public health awareness.
