In line with the directions of the Director General Punjab Food Authority and Additional Director Operations Gujranwala Division, the Nutrition Section of Punjab Food Authority Gujranwala successfully conducted a seminar on dehydration and nutrition at Hajvery Beverages Industry, Butranwali. The session aimed to educate 60 participants on the importance of personal hygiene, adequate water intake, and the adoption of a nutritious lifestyle to enhance both health and professional performance.
The presentation covered a wide range of topics including the establishment and functions of PFA, key food safety principles from farm to fork, dehydration causes and prevention, benefits of homemade food, lifestyle modifications, and the significance of consuming a balanced diet. The seminar concluded with an interactive Q&A session. Mr. Zubair Naqvi, CEO of Hajvery Beverages, appreciated the ongoing efforts of Punjab Food Authority in promoting food safety and nutrition awareness among industrial workers.
