Nutrition Section of Punjab Food Authority (PFA), Lahore successfully conducted a workplace nutrition awareness and screening camp at Sanjh Preet Organisation. The initiative aimed to assess the nutritional status of employees and promote the adoption of healthier dietary and lifestyle practices. During the camp, key anthropometric measurements such as height, weight, and BMI were recorded, and detailed dietary histories were obtained to identify potential nutritional deficiencies and related health risks.
In addition to the assessments, participants received personalized one-on-one nutrition counseling tailored to their individual needs. Educational materials were also distributed, providing practical guidance on balanced nutrition, hydration, portion control, and strategies to maintain energy levels throughout the workday. This initiative reflects PFA’s commitment to preventive health and highlights the importance of nutrition in enhancing employee well-being and workplace productivity.
